We, Ms. and Mr. becoming.fi, are residents of the beautiful country where the one and only Santa Claus is coming from: Finland. One by birth, that would be Ms. becoming.fi, and one by choice moving about a decade ago from Germany, yes you guessed right it’s Mr. becoming.fi – well done! We are in our late thirties and forties with two gorgeous kids in early school age.
About a year ago we stumbled into the vast financial independence topic (ok truth to be told it was first Ms. becoming.fi and a very doubting Mr. becoming.fi) but we’ll get to that in detail and plenty more in our first post.
We both will write about the various topics the financial independence movement is embracing entangled with our personal journey to reach FI and how to pull this off in Finland.
You say, there is no Santa Claus and no possibility for you to reach FI. We’ll say, there is!
